Job description
We’re looking for a great Technical Leader who will thrive in our interdisciplinary and collaborative environment and someone who wants to take ownership of their contribution to our organization.
You will need to identify pending problems, take responsibility to ensure that a solution is found and demonstrate the ability to effectively lead, communicate and work along with members of our company to ensure a great experience for all. While ensuring quality, consistently meeting timelines, and juggling multiple projects.
- Leading a team of > 5. Able to do work assessment in order to evaluate team member’s skill efficiency. – Work with the CEO and discuss with the core team for selecting technologies for the company’s products
- Review and design microservice architecture API.
- Managing technical implementation for Front-End application using ReactJS.
- Directly involved in product development by coding with Back-End and Front-End team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experienced working as Technical Lead for a team of 5.
- At least 5 years experienced working on back-end development using NodeJS or PHP.
- At least 1 years experienced working on front-end development using ReactJS, AngularJS or Vuejs.
- At least 1 years experienced working on designs and implements microservice architecture using Docker and Kubernetes.
- At least 1 year experienced with implement message broker using Redis or Kafka.
- At least 1 year experienced working with Cloud Computing Platform like AWS, Google Cloud. Understand how to implement
- Microservice API Gateway using Kong/Traefik/Istio/Envoy etc……
- Strong understanding of: ReactJS/AngularJS/VueJS, NodeJS, RESTFul API, Websockets.
- Comfortable with: Linux, Google Could, MongoDB, Caching (Memcached, Redis, Couchbase Server), Message broker (Redis, Kafka), Building scripts (Webpack, Gulp,…).
- Experience with CRM, Call Center is an advantage
- Automatic testing scripts.
- Good leadership and training skills.
- Good English communication skills.
